?1. Purpose:

To support Head � HR & Admin. in successful implementation of HR strategy and policies in Foseco India, ensuring that amicable relations are developed and maintained with all employees. To provide active support for shop floor related.

Foundry SBU target for the year 2016: External sales � INR 360 Cr

4. Key Result Areas:

� Assist Head � HR & Admin. in translating the HR Vision for formulation and revision of HR Strategy and in preparing, updating & maintaining HR policies, systems & procedures from time to time; work closely with Head � HR & Admin. and other functional heads for successful implementation of HR strategy & policies

� Propose and implement HR initiatives/interventions for improving work culture and motivation & morale of all employees. Work closely with the Cell Managers at allocations for identification and implementation of any small group activities that would improve the work culture and productivity.

� Source suitable candidates and conduct preliminary interviews in line with approved positions, make salary proposals for new recruit and follow-up for joining & induction.

� Collate & analyze information from relevant sources with respect to Training & Development need for all employees; give inputs for finalizing the annual Training Calendar; and design, conduct & coordinate appropriate training programmes.

� Support Head � HR & Admin. in coordinating various activities for annual Objectives setting, Performance Review and C & B Review processes

� Establish rapport with all employees to develop and maintain amicable relations and handle people related issues in a sensitive manner.

� To participate proactively in the company�s Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) and Quality policies and system.

The position requires having the conceptual ability to relate to the HR Vision and reasonable strategic orientation, coupled with the qualitative hands-on approach to implement various HR initiatives.

Whole issue of employee development in terms of identification & analysis of needs, designing & delivering learning inputs, and evaluation of tangible results post-application adds to the complexity & problem-solving requirements.

7. Qualifications:

A graduate with additional qualification in HR, personnel management or labour laws.

8. Experience:

5-7 years of experience in handling similar assignment, preferably from the manufacturing industry

Hand�on experience in conceptualising, designing and conducting training programmes, especially in the area of soft skills.

9. Knowledge:

Should have exposure to small group activities and quality management systems in order to provide necessary support in these areas.

Needs to be well versed with relevant labour legislation as applicable from time to time
