Execute and Implement HR / Admin & IR Systems and processes across the organization Effectively manage stakeholders and ensure business alignment  Experience8 – 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry Responsibilities

Recruitment & Induction:

Participate in the recruitment process to acquire the right talent.

Ensure cost and time-effective recruitments. Ensure execution of laid down Induction Process.

Active Role/ supportive role in implementing new thoughts/Ideas.

Talent Management:

Assist in identification of talent pool members.

Coordinate with HR External Consultants for conducting Management Development Centers.

Roll out of Talent Management process.

Devise individual Development plans in consultation with Functional HODs.

Implementation of Individual Development Plans. (IDPs)

Performance Management:

Facilitate Periodic Reviews and Annual and Mid-year Appraisal Process.

Design compensation philosophy aligned with the HR budget.

Separation:

Analyze the reasons for turnover of employees through detailed attrition analysis.

Payroll

Responsible for execution of monthly Payroll activity including payroll stat. compliance and audits.
Welfare:

Design innovative non statutory welfare measures for employees’ engagement.

Effective Management of Overheads:

Formulate cost effective alternatives e.g. outsourcing. Budget, Monitor & control overheads.

Administration:

Contract Labour Management, Facility Management and Event management
