?- Problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusion to respond to common inquiries or escalations from end?users.
- Server Administration and Management: Setup, install, configure, administer, maintain, monitor and support physical and virtual servers including Windows 2008/2012/2016, VMware ESXi / VSphere, Mac OS?X and other Server Applications products.
- Backup Systems: Manage, administer and maintain Backup Systems, Tape Libraries, Backup?to Disk, and other backup storage technologies.
- Server Application Management: Administration of server bound applications such as Apache, IIS, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware and others.
- Storage: Manage and administer SAN/NAS technologies, Fibre / iSCSI Technology
- Assist in the planning and execution of network and server technology migrations.
- Resolve complex Microsoft Windows Servers issues & outages.
- Manage Internet bandwidth, VPNs, and Intranet connectivity.
- Ensure project deliverables match users expectations by proactively informing manager and users of progress/obstacles.
- Manage and maintain phone system, advance administrative and basic troubleshooting capabilities.
- Work independently with very little supervision while providing clear documented activities.
- Optimize architecture and maximize our computing resources.
- Formulate, develop, implement and maintain integrated network and security architectures.
- Establish and implement appropriate network policies
- Define, implement and manage backup and disaster recovery processes
- Evaluate vendor offerings, maintain supplier relationships.
- Provide cost effective solutions that properly address requirements.
- Prepare and maintain network structures and future enhancements.
- Develop standards for computer and network systems, to include standards for wiring, equipment, system security, and routing protocol.
- Project manage implementation, installation, configuration, and outside technical support of computer and network architecture.
- Provide planning and advanced technical expertise regarding computer and network services for both local network and the worldwide INTERNET.
- Provide afterhours support for computer/network systems as required.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of current and emerging state-of-the-art computer/network systems and security technologies, architectures, and products.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented computer systems and update for each system change.
- Comply with all general Health and Safety and Environmental policies and comply with all policies, procedures and PPE requirements as specifically noted when working in an area governed by a Need to Know Book.

- Experience in senior systems administration and other related technologies, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 7?10 years of hands?on experience in system design and deployment, Server 2008/2012/2016, VMware, Microsoft and networking infrastructure.
- Working knowledge and best practice of all of the following Microsoft infrastructure applications: Windows Servers, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, and Internet Information Services.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of a range of computer and networking software and hardware systems, related technologies and security architecture.
- Ability to install, configure and maintain those security systems, networks, and/or related hardware and software.
- Cisco Certified with expert configuration skills preferred.
- Knowledge with network optimization. Ability to create suggestions and improvements after analysis has been completed of their network.
- Understanding of WAN, MPLS, and technologies such as VoIP.
- Knowledge of computer/network systems infrastructure requirements and standards.
- Knowledge of computer security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques.
- Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops.
