?
- Drafted and Vetted legal documents such as Conveyance, Development Agreement, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Deed, Individual Tenant Agreement, Legal Complaints, Notices and Replies and so on for the properties dealt by the company
- Governing the registration of land and property documents; examined the title of the property / land and evaluated the Legal feasibility for the same
- Updating the list of legal & commercial documents generated in due course of Business of the company and arrange for its proper filing and access
- Advising and updating the management with regulatory and legal changes applicable to Property & Real Estate Business
- Keeping the list of legal & commercial documents like Board Resolution, Power of Attorney, Authority Letter and any other documents as may be required from the Secretarial Team; ensured its proper filing & access
- Guided and counseling different functions across the power (generation & transmission) team for business development, technical tie-ups & joint ventures to help in strategic decision-making
- Extending legal support in preparing and finalizing Financing Documents, Work Orders, Memorandum of Understanding, Agreements, Contracts, and any other documents as may be required for establishing and operation of power plants and transmission of power
- Working as the external support to Project Finance Team; indenture of mortgages successfully executed for various projects in terms of project funding and financing
- Decreasing litigation expenses and conceptualized plans to achieve a faster closure of cases
