 Assistant Manager - Mines position with one of the leading cement manufacturers. Job Location - Maharashtra CTC - Negotiable.Required Qualification - B.E. / Btech - Mining Experience - Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in open-cast mines Job role -1. Responsible for Mine Production and quality of the assigned shift.2. Ensure the safety of man and machinery.  3. Responsible for data generation and feeding of the operational parameter in SAP or for MIS,  4. He should responsible for the deployment of Manpower and machinery to achieve the desired output,  5. He will be responsible for the entire Mine Pit to the Limestone Crusher for feeding Raised Limestone and other activities like handling of screen reject etc.  6. He will perform duties under Regulation 45 of MMR1961 7. Responsible for shift operation to achieve targeted limestone production8. Perform statutory duties of Asst. Mines Manager and to ensure to comply all the guidelines enforced by mining regulatory agencies9. Responsible for manpower and machinery planning for shift operation10.
