Role : Manager of Food SalesRegion: Managing sales for Pan India, Srilanka and Bangladesh for food andliquid division.Reporting to: Global Vertical Head - Food and LiquidsLocation: MumbaiExperience: * 12-18 years of experience in sales in the Food & Liquid Industry with a strong focus on performance and profit improvement in a complex and fast paced business environment. * Prefer experience in, or selling to, large client in food and liquid space * Experience in the Food packaging solutions industry selling into the FNL vertical would be a requirement. Knowledge of supply chain / logistics / packaging would be an advantage.Position ObjectiveThis Position has the responsibility to develop business and key accounts inthe assigned region, meeting the budget, business goals and objectives as wellas continuing to grow the business in line with the strategic plan set by theGlobal Vertical Head, Food and Liquids.Responsibilities * Responsible for Food usage of Company's IBC's. He/she will be responsible for the firm's expansion of Company's BC leasing solutions & sales within the Food and relationships with clients. * Manage sales performance, new customer acquisition and customer relations for FNL (food and liquid) * Fully accountable for the top line revenue and revenue growth of the FNL vertical * Specifically, accountable for increasing market share by acquiring new customers and increasing wallet share of existing client base within the region. * Responsible for reaching Regional Objectives for FNL sales and managing customer satisfaction. * Increase Company's market share in the Food business through commercial adaptation of Company's solutions by: * Nurturing and encouraging a competitive mindset in the FNL organization. * Working closely with the FNL Global Vertical Head on customer businesses to ensure alignment of brand strategy and brand positioning globally and within the region. * Ensuring that best practice processes are adopted and cost efficiency opportunities are identified and exploited. Supporting and sharing best practices with colleagues in the other customer operations. * Actively taking part in setting up targets (plan, budget, reforecast), validating risks and opportunities and launching action plans to correct gaps vs. objectives. * Maintain and increase Company's presence and profitability with its FNL customers * Provide optimum sales monitoring within the Region by: * Monitoring and evaluating global, regional and local sales trends and market developments on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, * Animating programming cycles at the global level, respecting the constraints of company processes (system, planning, production / sales / inventory forecasts), * Driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction * Developing and enhancing the FNL supplier network by maintaining strong and open communication with existing customers, evaluating new or expanded opportunities. * Develop overall Go-to-Market approach for FNL sector regionally and globally with Global Vertical Head - FNL
