?Experience: Should be an MBA in HR with 10-15 year of experience and will be responsible for
effective implementation of Performance Management System and Talent Management System across the Company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

He should also be mapping the performance under PMS / TMS / undertake Succession
Planning to create Talent Pool in the Company by orienting the employees
Expertise in organizing and coordinating training programs for improving the employee efficiency and handling Performance Process administration and Grievances.
Possess skills in identifying & sourcing best talents as per the vacancy requirements. A consistent performer having successful track record of making visible contribution to raise productivity with deft application of HR skills
Capable of spearheading efforts across developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies.
Effectively worked on the documentation and Implementation of HR Policies and R&R in the organisation.
Proficient in managing HR Gamut of activities.
