?The position has full responsibility to prospect
and execute new Branded retail Stores and efficiently manage existing stores. This role provides internal
retail expertise and support to customers and associates with particular focus on retail store conversions, up-gradations and agreements with existing and prospective channel partners.

Responsibilities:
Sales Analytics
Drive Expansion and execution of the stores conversion as per standard guidelines and country business strategy
Handling and coordinating with the external agencies to deliver relevant retail communication and design of the branded retail stores as per standard guidelines
Pipeline management of existing and prospective retail store partners
Evaluating BTL Marketing proposals from the sales team and implement the local marketing strategies to drive footfall in the stores, increasing stores productivity.
CRM � Managing and analyzing the customer data base generated through various activities and using the same to increase customer loyalty and store productivity.
Execute the promotions and merchandising programs in the branded retail stores as per standard guidelines
Coordination of sell in/sell out activities for retail stores
Close interaction with regional teams to drive execution.

qualification

?Qualification : MBA (Marketing) Full Time Regular
Experience: Above 10 years of sales/marketing experience, with minimum 4 years in retail marketing
An understanding of tire industry and products would be a distinct advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Drive for results, strong business acumen, strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
Able to work in cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and other MS Office suites
