Key Responsibilities  Understanding the complex fund and sub-advisory fee flow structures of FIL.  Manage the ownership & maintenance of AuM Mart (EMIS AuM dataset) - thesystem that is the golden source of all fund data forming part of FIL AUM.  Audit coordination and answering audit queries.  Ensuring correct AUM reporting - which forms the basis of all regulatoryreporting across UK, CE, Asia & Bermuda.  Ensuring correct calculations, accounting and reporting of global sub-advisory fee. Analysing Sub-Advisory fee and AUM trends and explaining variances.  Liaising with various teams across the globe - Legal, Tax, TP, Risk - formaintenance of FDM.  Liaise with stakeholders and counterparties to resolve exceptions in atimely and pro-active manner;  Managing monthly stakeholder calls, sharing functional updates and resolvingissues raised;  Maintaining and developing new reports required by Business teams usingOBI/Tableau;  The ability to use MS Excel/ MS Access and write macros in VB script forautomating the processes, updating access databases and writing MS access, WebFocus, BI tool queries to load andretrieve data;  Providing ad hoc analysis, reports and presentations to the business underchallenging time frames;  Participation in projects as required & performing periodic generaladministrative tasks.  Leading global projects and driving both system and process changeproactively. Experience and Qualifications Required  A Chartered Accountant / semi-qualified accountant with 7 to 10 years'experience in a similar position, preferably within a global and / or a financial services company  Sound analytical skills with an eye for details and an appetite to dive intoissues in depth as needed;  High numeracy and able to co-relate data/ information  Advance knowledge of OBI, Tableau or similar BI tool  Knowledge of writing SQL queries would be an added advantage.  Understanding of Oracle databases  Ability to work with large and complex data sets  Proven Project and Program management skills  Responding to the expectations of senior stakeholders in a timely manner;  Strong written and verbal communication skills;  Willingness to work additional hours and bank holidays as per businessrequirements;  Ability to challenge conventional ideas/ status quo.
