- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Managing all customer communication and follow-up
- Achieve annual sales results and business growth versus an annual plan from the established customer base
- Serve as a lead contract negotiator on commercial terms
- Managing servicing of all sales orders
- Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
- Pre and after sales support
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Prepare monthly reports and provide review on same.
- Provide accurate forecasts
- Generate leads, build and nurture relationships with both domestic and international customers
Negotiation Skills
Some knowledge of B2B Specialty Chemicals/Ingredients mainly for Personal Care and Cosmetics applications
Proven track record of success in sales from plan to close
