are keys to success in this role. This is a hybrid role, with a strong focus on leveraging technologies to
efficiently create, manage and administer a range of sales incentive programs, sales analysis and
reporting. Lead, manage, coach and develop a sales team of data analysts and program
implementation specialists
Ensures alignment and prioritization with business objectives and initiatives across
multiple stakeholders and helps business owners make faster, smarter decisions and
communicates the results in clear and concise way to stakeholders
Execute alternative solutions to business problems by using data analysis, data mining
and problem solving techniques
Work on enhancing existing processes for efficiency and quality control
Designing and developing Dashboards in Power BI / Spotfire and also supports
the design and development of automated reporting and process automation
solutions using R, SAS, VBA, SQL and TeradataQualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of related experience
Leader / coach (with or without direct reports) with historical experience of cross collaboration
across departments/projects
Worked previously in a shared services environment
Effective communicator across all levels of an organization
Ability to collaborate with peers and stakeholders
Hands on experience of having worked on projects involving technologies - VBA,
R, SQL/Teradata & SAS
Expertise in Visualization tools (Power BI, Spotfire)
Expertise in database management / querying languages
Understands data, design and implement normalized data models/ structures
Good knowledge of Advance Excel and MS Access databases
Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionPreferred
Master's degree ( Master's Degree in a quantitative field like Math, Statistics, Operations
Research , Computers, MBA)
2 years in a people leader role
Sales or alternative 'customer facing' analytics or implementation experience
Strong project management, time management, planning and organizational skills
