Job Description

Sales Planning - Monitor HSR/VP/Nitrile Latex market and competition; Project sales figures for rubber & latex; plan & monitor execution of sales plans; maintain a relationship with key customers and dealers; resolve issues on collections; oversee proper sales administration; attend and settle customer complaints within the guidelines, the objective of achieving sales target and ensuring market share growth & sales profitability.

Technical Services - provide technical service, conduct/arrange field trials for prospective customers & for new products; collect competition products/samples & info in order to provide the right technical services and improve customer satisfaction.
