Person responsible will work in capacity of a Business Development GM. He willbe responsible for building strategic relationships with major customers & delivering high value to customers withan objective to have loyal and long-lasting customers.**Job Description:** * Generate new business from new clients in P2P / Contract manufacturing model. * To handle Business Development and generate business leads ensuring growth and organization's market position. * To handle and coordinate with existing clients and get new products from them. * To sustain current business and add on new business with targeted approach. * To coordinate between clients & internal department if need and close the enquiry with proper actions like offer/samples/data etc. * To work on a growth strategy focusing customer satisfaction and financial gains. * To provide full MIS on Queries, Closing Deeds and monthly accomplishment based on product category and production line with proper analysis. * To act as the escalation point for the team. * To identify the bottleneck in timely execution of tasks and eliminating them. * To coordinate with SCM on existing and prospective business orders. Shall have regular review with HODs to sort out the pending issues. * To arrange business meetings and to promote company's product / services addressing client's objectives.**Technical Competence:** * 10+ Years of experience in Business Development. Contract Pharma manufacturing experience would be preferred. * Proficient with use of the Internet, MS outlook, MS office - including word, excel and power point * Project management & data interpretation skills. * Ability to make & deliver process training sessions. * Expert in making and giving out articulate presentations with audio/video inputs in PPT. * Exposure to Pharma/Aerosol/ Topicals/Nutra/Sports Nutrition/Ayurveda Segments.**Behavioral Competence:** * Talent for communicating, influencing, problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong interpersonal skills to liaison with various departments within the company * High level of flexibility and adaptability to change * Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities * Must have good listening and acquisitive skills. * Stake holder management across
