Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Tracking the progress of each action, following up with the business teams and ensuring that they are taken to their logical conclusion
- Enabling follow-up conversations with the client - MoM (minutes of meeting), facilitating conversations with the business teams, enabling subsequent meetings
- Having both a big picture view and a detailed view of the meetings that are happening, subsequent actions and results
- Developing an understanding of the Company's offerings, our key clients relationships and what we do for them
- Drafting and sending client newsletters and other client communication
- Tracking key clients on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) and keeping the Chairman up-to-date with any major client developments, even drafting a response to them accordingly
Required Skills
- Experience in a client facing role is preferred
- Strong project management skills with an outcome oriented mindset
- Effective communication skills - both written and spoken.
- Good command over the English language with the ability to write well
- Ability to get the point across in a clear and concise manner
- Confidence to have a conversation with people of various levels of experience
- Ability to work under tight timelines
- Ability to prioritize whether in terms of tasks or in terms of information. Ability to identify and summarize key points concisely
- A proactive and resourceful individual
- Someone who stops and ask why to ensure that one doesn't get lost in the details and continues to have sight on the end goal
- Strong desire to learn and excel
- A Rating 1 or 2 in any of the last two annual performance appraisals
