Job Description:
· The Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing and executing all aspects of recruitment process.
The TA member is responsible for sourcing and recruiting, interviewing, extending offers, assisting in onboarding, and documenting recruitment reports to Manager Talent Acquisition.
· Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
· Work with the Delivery and Account management team to understand the requirement.
· Act as a talent advisor with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
· Network with the Automotive Engineering community, running the hiring campaigns and work with universities.
· Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates.
· Drive offer strategy, ability to onboard the candidate successfully in the expected time frame and cost.
· Track and manage hiring metrics and provide data-driven guidance to hiring teams.
· Manage, support & direct team of recruiters to fulfil hiring mandate as per business requirements.
· Effectively motivate, encourage and engage the team
