?The role will play an active part in managing the overall delivery of the Talent Review, Performance Management and Learning programmes for all businesses. The role will also support the design and delivery of the Leadership development programmes at different levels within the organization.

� Support in the design and implementation of the talent management framework.
� Implement global and regional Talent Management systems and processes in the area of Talent Management, Leadership Development and Training and Development, leadership coaching and succession planning.
� Build a strong talent succession pipeline
� Conceptualize, design and implement Leadership development initiatives across various leadership levels in the organization.
� Drive effective implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS).
� Identify training needs across different management levels and implement programs to bridge competency gaps.
� Support the global employee engagement survey - design, roll out, action planning
� Identify and roll out different OD interventions that would have a high impact in driving Organization culture and performance

Skills Required
� MBA in HR
� Good understanding of the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management and Employee Engagement.
� Design and facilitation experience with mid-senior level employees
� Open to learning and flexible to adapt one's approach
� Ability to come up with well thought through and practical solutions
� Ability to work with and influence diverse stakeholder groups, including the senior leadership team, employees from diverse cultural backgrounds/geographies
� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
� Proficiency in MS Office
