?Develop and drive Satin�s corporate and Media communications strategies
? Manage Satin's PR agency and/or contractor relationships with media houses, Manage media inquiries and interview requests
? Develop close relationships with journalists and influencers for high impact content distribution and continuous feedback on our key messages. Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
? Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
? Build an annual messaging roadmap for Satin that is consistent with its brand and business strategy
? Develop and manage key PR strategies for financial events, crisis management, acquisitions and partnerships, and product announcements
? Amplify the profile of key executives through relevant speaking opportunities and events
? Ability to connect messaging on initiatives across the organization and leverage for broader impact
? Research media coverage and industry trends and conduct extensive media outreach.
? Coordinate conference, trade shows, and press interviews
? Working in partnership with the Company Secretary team, develop blog and social media content on a regular basis
? Identify metrics to help size the impact of Company's public relations efforts
? Own Statutory notices and communications to Bodies like NSE / SEBI/ BSE / IRDA

?Role Summary:
? This critical role will develop and manage PR& Media Communication strategies that elevates the Satin�s brand and will drive the narratives and media communications for key audiences including customers and other stakeholders like Business Partners, Regulators, Investors and Analysts.
? Have a track record of success of developing and executing PR & Media communications strategies preferably with a listed/ unlisted BFSI company.
? Raise company's awareness and positive media perceptions at a national level through high impact public relations strategies and campaigns.
? Demonstrated Expertise at transforming inbound media interest into on-point stories.
? Be able to share the company's strategic vision with the press in a clearly defined cadence, with organized media communication and PR. Ensure key messaging opportunities are drafted and regularly disseminated to media/PR agency for various media placements.
? Capable of developing a network of strong contacts in BFSI business press, as well as relevant digital influencers, and the ability to quickly form new relationships when needed.
