?Looking to fill the following position.

� Determine the overall strategy and direction of the growth of the business.
� Subject to Board approval, implement and monitor the business strategy and vision, in conjunction with the management team.
� Take overall responsibility so that all businesses preform as effectively as possible keeping in mind the original objectives of company, and stakeholder perspectives
� Derive detailed plans for the Agrifinance business as a whole and separately for each of the product lines under it keeping in mind the competitor framework and company�s own strengths
� Hire and develop a team of professionals to drive the business
� Act as the custodian of the brand and what it stands for and who it wishes to serve.
� Actively monitor company performance relative to plans, forecast company results and set targets for short and long term. The incumbent needs to be deeply involved in implementation and execution of the business plan.
� Should be adept skilled and networked to raise equity and debt as and when required
� Optimize and leverage in capacity building and agribusiness expertise and other areas as relevant from time to time
� Periodically review the product & segment focus and benchmark performance against competition. Ensure that all the internal procedures conform to all aspects of the regulations.
� Ensures that employees and key contacts across the company are kept fully abreast of initiatives, issues and events as relevant
� Motivates and empowers employees to build and maintain effective alignment with other areas and units of the company
� Exhibits a strong grasp of the economic, industry and competitive landscape and scans the environment constantly for trends & opportunities
� Links internal strategies to external trends and developments consistently.
� Defines goals & establishes priorities with clear responsibilities to ensure results; manages projects, activities, resources effectively
� Translates corporate business goals into well-defined performance plans for the organization

� MBA or equivalent preferably from premier management institute with 18 to 20 years of experience in a commercial bank with specifically 5-7 years in lending to Agribusiness.
� Exposure in Microfinance and lending to Agribusinesses � Farmer Producer Organizations, Dairy Businesses, Warehouse Receipts Financing, SME Agri enterprises.
� Should be a leader who shares passion for the products and markets
� Experience in strategic planning and execution.
� Strong team building capabilities
� Established track record of delivering growth and other performance parameters
