    The Manager position focuses on providing central direction to the delivery teams by actively managing resource planning for the new projects while making sure that the BAU gets delivered as per defined KPIs. The team will support COE readiness for future growth, to meet the vision for COE.Responsibilities
    • Partner with CoE Management to analyze staffing needs to support resource continuity and ensure alignment of recruitment processes with business needs
    • Devise and implement customized sourcing strategies that scale, lead teams to build quality talent pipelines, and drive sourcing strategy recommendations for critical roles
    • Provide leadership and support in the design, development, and implementation of the recruitment strategy that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent
    • Manage, leverage, and review existing recruiting strategies and methods to generate a proactive and efficient approach to improving the quality of candidates and time-to-hire
    • Promote an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan
    • Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of the hiring team, and develop service-level agreements to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle is maintained while minimizing cost-per-hire
    Qualifications and Specifications
      • Relevant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment with 3-4 years of people manager experience
      • Masters/ PGDM in Business Administration, Marketing, or in a related field
      • Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
      • Ability to learn and apply best practices in sourcing and other recruitment processes
      • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
      • Present leadership team dashboards with key insights and actionable recommendation
      • Go-to leader and SME for the leadership team for all recruitment-related aspects
      • People leadership experience with a proven ability to coach, develop and groom talent
      • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
