Test Suite & Execution Write and execute detailed GIS/Maps test cases; performs complex manual,

integration, and regression tests

?Defect Replication Document GIS/Maps software issues and enhancement requests and assist
development with concise and detailed steps for duplication of the
problems found while performing manual functional, integration, and
regression tests

Skills � QA 4+ years of experience in GIS/Maps applications (web or native OS) testing

required

Version Control Knowledge and experience using version control software desired
SDLC Process Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle in GIS

Applications

Skills � Bugzilla or JIRA Experience using test case management tool and bug management tools

like Bugzilla or JIRA

Status Reporting Verify resolved GIS/Maps issues and maintain accurate status for issues

entered and assigned

Testing Trait Enthusiastic and energetic with an inherent curiosity to break Maps

application and unearth all severity issues

Up-skill Desire and ability to learn new skills and improve upon current skills
Agile Experience working in Agile/Scrum models in GIS/Maps Applications
Protocols Understanding of web protocols and tools
Skills � GIS Very good understanding and hand-on with GIS or Maps
Skills � PostMan Knowledge in PostMan is a plus
Academic Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or

equivalent experience/knowledge desired

Interpersonal Skills Assist fellow team members and users with problem reporting and

resolution and maintaining appropriate follow-up communications
throughout the resolution process
Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal
skills, with both technical and non-technical team members
Must be able to work independently and complete projects with minimal
supervision
