?The key responsibilities for this role include:

? Deliver actionable and impactful analytic insights to improve the effectiveness of our marketing

programs

? Own end to end marketing analytics, driving deeper understanding of consumer behavior on our

web properties and marketing channels

? Create automated dashboards & data visualizations to track key business metrics

? Funnel analysis for website visitor to identify path to purchase and friction points

? Collaborate with Marketing Director in our India offices to lead and develop a team of high

performing analytic resources across our US & India offices

? Help develop an integrated view of marketing campaigns and the customer journey across

channels such as search, social, display & email

? Structure and present analyses to executives and other key stakeholders

Qualifications:



? 10 years experience marketing analytics; with steady career progression

? B.S. in economics, applied math, statistics or other quantitative field; M.S preferred

? Strong SQL and Excel skills

? Highly driven, results oriented, creative and nimble problem solver.

? Ability to grasp key business challenges and autonomously drive analytic solutions to help

address those challenges

? Experience with the entire data lifecycle: collection, storage architecture, BI tools, insights,

algorithm generation, and data-driven business planning

? Expert level proficiency in Google Analytics Premium & Tableau

? Must be a team player, collaborative, and willing to take any extra steps to get things done.

? Experience in successfully managing and developing junior/mid level analytics team members.

? Thorough understanding of Internet marketing data collection including pixel placement,

tracking and UTM parameters. Should be able to relate to standard marketing metrics like

conversion rates, response rates, lift, ROAS, and ROI. Understanding of various media

attribution models including: first touch, last touch and shared attribution.
