Job Responsibilities:
Leasing
 Conduct review and renewal of expiring leases of existing property where applicable
 Maximise rental income and terms from lease negotiations with tenants.
 Preparation of lease documentation including Letter of Offer, Agreement For Lease and
Lease documents.
 Responsible for ensuring all the necessary backend systems and processes are followed for
the function.
 Responsibility for maintaining all the necessary documentation for Audit purposes of the
function.
 Responsible for handling the POS systems of the Tenants and ensuring maintaining records/
data on a regular basis.
Marketing
 Space on Hire billing and maintaining records
 Maintaining relation with tenants
 Sales Report Management and Analysis
 Coordinating for on - ground events and activations.
 Follow up internally for payments to vendors.
 Maintaining invoices, raising invoices on a month on month basis
 Maintaining records for Audi purpose. Candidate Requirements:
