Job Description as below
·Brand promotion for Bengaluru– 360 degree planning and execution of campaigns, review, maintain, design.
·Liaising with various agencies, internal stake holders and others, ability to think creatively & generate original ideas
·Strategic alliances- Initiating and execution of strategic alliances (events, gratification, CSR, Colleges)
·Trade- Improve perception and stay top of the mind with regular Emailers / Ads, Trade relationship mgmt.
·Performance research on competitors – fortnight basis (In-depth analysis of competitors such as specific shows, time bands, RJ’s Popularity, programming spikes etc)
·Basis the competitors research data, work closely with LLC members on research findings to validate all findings
·PR - Regular stories on programming, trade, sales, etc. Perception improvement, thought leadership, opinions, etc.
- Excellent writing skills which they can adapt for different audiences and platforms
- Knowledge of marketing and communications, and how to build and manage brands & its metrics
- Familiarity with the increasing range of communications platforms, and how they can be used in marketing campaigns
- Determination, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills
·Develop an annual marketing plan in conjunction with the revenue and product team. This should detail the year’s activity to meet agreed company objectives.
