?To prepare sales budget & sales plan for complete year on the basis of market study for different crops.
� To formulate a strategy (aggressive) along with seniors & juniors/colleagues which will cover promotion of products, identifying potential area & people to be liaison, frequency of visits to tap this market & update yourself & seniors with latest developments in this industry.
� Co-ordination with production of greenhouse team for committed deliveries.
� To give correct feedback regarding product performance to production & hardening team.
� To keep control on bad debtors.
� Co-ordination amongst sales people & respective distributors.
� To keep track of sales targets on weekly basis Vs expenses.
� To decide on exhibitions, seminars, ads in magazines, field visits, etc.
� To conduct yearly customer satisfaction survey
� To know all potential aspects of technicalities of our products in detail.
� To create wide clientele-base by keeping good communication & giving proper technical guidance.
� Correct decision related to quality issues, mortality and replacement of plants to be given to growers.
� Planning and execution of technical seminars to growers.
