?� Develop and manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution to measurement.
� Develop marketing programs, business plans, create timelines, set budgets, develop strategies and tactics, and execute to achieve desired goals and objective of the assigned brand or product portfolios.
� Collaborate with sales manager and channel managers to drive marketing programs.
� Resolve issues and solve problems that may occur throughout the lifecycle of a campaign or product
� Report marketing program milestones
� Manage digital marketing efforts including website development, social media, SEO/SEM, list development and online advertising
� Develop tools and best practices to manage the execution of marketing programs / projects.
� Initiate, develop and execute new product launches, manage existing products and strive to develop new opportunities for growth and expansion.
� Ensure that performance against budget is closely monitored and that variance are flagged immediately.
� Market research, Retail Audit, Product Research and ability to analyse the national and international market and media reports.
� Handle third party contracting and vendor management related to marketing programs.
� Supervise quality of output from all stake holders including supervision of ATL and BTL activities, photo-shoots, collaterals development, production and effective distribution up to retail channel.
� Develop the system of MIS and SOP�s to drive the marketing and promotions function.
