?- To be able to lead and Monitor , Direct a Team of young executive Profile though they are senior by tenure in the Organisation

- Prepare , Analyse reports of inquiries , samples and forward to Management & team

- Effective use of various social networking sites for New Customer Development ,Organise exhibition stall design in co-ordination with Media Team promotion through all Media.

- Preparing Meeting Agenda

- Monitor errors of sales team and advice ways to avoid them

- MIS report to management on business trends identify areas of need to focus product / Customer ( 10 Sales Man)

- Handle all claim matters with solutions CAPA

- Manage the relationships with corporate clients (existing as well as new prospects) for all our Products in Aroma and Fragrance Industry ,Maintain and expand customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.

- Maintaining consistent communication with Existing and New Customer throughout the life cycle.
