Job summary
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be expected to overlook the marketing department, all its functionality, and reporting. We are looking for someone with a strong personality, excellent communication & presentation skills, and an ability to take ideas from inception to execution.
Responsibilities
·Plan, design and execute all offline ATL/BTL marketing strategies like media planning, interviews, press releases with trade and lifestyle media, newspaper ads, hoardings, floor activations etc.
·Plan and execute all marketing activities, including digital such as SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
·Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
·Design, build and maintain Organization’s social media presence
·Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
·Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
·Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
·Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
·Utilize available systems & tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
·Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
·Write award entries for various industries and across categories.
·Making strategy presentations
·Coordination with all stakeholders- internal team, airport marketing team brands, vendors etc.
·lead retail activations on floor from implementation to execution
Requirement
·Diploma/Degree in marketing or a related field
·Proven working experience in marketing with good exposure to Digital Marketing
·Proven track record in Retail segment
·Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising Marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
·Design and content writing skills
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing (both offline & digital)
