Job Purpose:This role is responsible to provide strategic inputs and by implementing cutting edge customer marketing and communication strategies along with the marketing headKey Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities  Prepare and present marketing business plan on monthly / quarterly / annual basis Impact tracking for the various marketing initiatives, and realigning the strategy to maximize ROI and to achieve target goals Play a hands-on project management role on multiple digital projects; is the key point of contact with complete accountability and responsibility Monitor progress of all projects ensuring brand quality and consistency Drive / facilitate quantitative and qualitative analyses on digital business performance, findings into fact-based recommendations Conduct analysis of competitor activities, customer needs, technology and infrastructure, etc order to analyses impact of market conditions & highlight possible modifications to the regional marketing plans Track brand/ market performance of product(s), root cause analysis and action plan development in collaboration with cross functions Evaluate marketing budgets periodically including manpower-planning initiatives and ensure adherence to planned expenses Job Requirements Qualifications & ExperienceMaster degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field with Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing strategy & planning activities Functional Competencies Extensive experience in marketing strategy development, managing projects with multiple stakeholders Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing plans that are creative, engaging, testable, and highly analytical, for both new product launches and existing products and services Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and outputs Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to persuade senior leaders and stakeholders Behavioral Competencies Must be a hands-on individual Ability to prioritize, analytical thinker Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage ambiguity Great team player, have sound leadership skills, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
