Key Accountabilities/Activities:  

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Conceive and execute a visionary digital marketing strategy harmonizing with our business objectives.
    • Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive activities to ensure our digital presence remains avant-garde and competitive.
    • Lead the formulation and implementation of comprehensive marketing initiatives.
  2. Team Management:
    • Inspire and mentor a high-caliber digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of digital marketing professionals.
  3. Campaign Excellence:
    • Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Scrutinize and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and strategic adjustments.
  4. Content & Social Media:
    • Develop and oversee a robust content strategy that is congruent with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
    • Supervise the creation of compelling, high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
    • Propel a social media strategy that amplifies brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  5. Brand Development:
