- Hands on Experience in Workday module – Core HCM, Leave Management & Separation.
- Hands on Experience on SAP – HCM Module
- Ensure requests about the Business are accurately and timely processed by adhered SLA.
- Involved in training, and KT sessions to adopt the new ways of working and help team members when required.
- Identify the gaps in existing processes and propose improved ways of working / automation.
- Should work towards standardizing the process and adding value to the existing role.
- Delivers consistent results within the scope of responsibilities.
- Should be open to a Growth Mindset and involved in Engagement activities.
- Responsible and accountable to meet SLA & business KPIs
- Developing a strong network both within the tower and with key stakeholders is essential.
