Job Description
Position: Engineering Manager
Experience: 10-20 Years in Design and Manufacturing of Machines/Equipment
Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualizing designs, validating them, and conducting DFM checks.
- Providing technical guidance to a team of designers on various design aspects.
- Engaging in direct customer interaction and finalizing designs based on requirements.
- Possessing combined experience in both the design and manufacturing of machines.
- Ensuring thorough quality checks of all drawings and designs.
- Demonstrating familiarity with the US markets.
- Proficiency in prototyping and the manufacturing of precision machine parts, weldments, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Hands-on experience in Solidworks, Inventor, or Creo.
- Expertise in concept design, detailed design, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent understanding of GD&T, stack-up analysis, and fitment.
