We have an urgent requirement in Business Solutions vertical
Position reporting to :- Zonal Head
Role/Designation of Position: Head of Media Solutions Department
Age : Up to 35 Years
Requirement :- 1
Key Responsibilities
1. To ensure achievement of business targets. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
2. To take care of advertising from government departments.
3. Maintain a good relationship with the key decision-makers for release of advertisement in both commercial and government departments.
4. Close working with existing clients and development of new clients and advertising categories /segments under edition, Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
5. Ensuring that daily call rate is maintained by all team members
6. Creating briefs according to client’s needs. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
7. Coordinating with Creative team
8. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
9. Ensuring better market coverage by extensive meeting clients and Advertising Agencies, Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
10. To maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their requirements, their yearly spends and providing them with excellent client servicing.
11. Should have thorough understanding of media business strategy & advertising business development
12. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
13. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Specific competencies :
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Age maximum 38 years.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Education
Minimum - UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization
CTC :- up to 6 lac per annum
** The candidate should necessarily have self-driven vehicle
** Target-based incentive will be additional to CTC
