Diploma in Medico Legal Systems is desired.
Experience: Minimum 15 Years’ Experience in Senior Administrative
/Operational position of reputed Hospitals, out of which minimum 10 years as
Medical Superintendent or above.

Well versed with Administrative/ Operational/ Legal/ Quality functions of
Hospitals. Roles:
1. Day to day overall Operations of the Hospital.
2. Be the face to all external & internal agencies for the Hospital.
3. Guide Team of Clinical & Non Clinical HOD’s for smooth functioning &
Management of various medical and non-medical Departments.
4. Medical & surgical consultants, nursing department, patients & relatives for
smooth coordination of patient care services.
5. To be part & Head of various Clinical & Non Clinical Committees as
needed.
6. Fulfill NMC related requirements along with Dean – SMS&R.
7. Liaison with all External agencies including Government Offices for
Administrative purposes.8. To monitor the performance of Clinicians and Non Clinical Departments
and suggest and guide HOD’s accordingly.
9. Liaisoning and correspondence with government and statutory bodies for
furnishing various information as per statutory norms and to ensure timely
renewal of concerned licenses / permissions as the case may be.
10. Ensure that the statutory requirements of environment pollution control and
all other department are strictly adhered to.
11. Represent Hospital in case of medico-legal or other legal matters
which are beyond the scope of HR.
12. Guide Medical Departments i.e. Ward, Critical care areas OTs, Dialysis,
CSSD, Emergency & Ambulance Services, Endoscopy, Blood Bank, Lab,
MRD of Hospital.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsibility of safety & security of Hospital staff and all occupants.
2. Responsible for All medical and non-medical departments of the hospital.
3. Submit periodical reports and returns to the statutory bodies as and when
required.
4. Responsible to ensure financial control for most effective operations of the
departments supervised and managed through him.
5. Responsible to ensure strategic business development through various
interventions time to time.
6. Ensure regular Teaching programs & CME’s are carried out as per teaching
schedule.
7. Responsible for evaluation of various committees and their effectiveness.
