Duties And Responsibilities1. Design deployment models for scalable, highly available, secure, and fault tolerant systems on AWS for the development and test lifecycle of AWS Cloud Native solutions.2. Define, organize and structure configuration and management of the entire AWS environment for usage with web applications, ETL solutions and efficient egress and ingress of large data volumes.3. Monitor and log the systems and services and ensure that everything is running smoothly or be alerted when something breaks.4. Advice on and implement industry-standard security best practices and support third-party audits of our systems.5. Develop tools and frameworks to allow Awign engineers to provision and manage InfraStructure access controls6. Collaborate closely with the Technical Architects by providing input into the overall solution architecture.7. Lead the implementation of end to end DevOps technologies and processes i.e., containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, metrics, monitoring site reliability and security aspects.8. Conduct security reviews to ensure that released products comply with security requirements and industry best practice, conduct compliance audits, vulnerability reviews and assessments.9. Extensive experience in AWS public cloud and well versed with best practices around Networking, Security, Capacity Planning, and Cost optimization techniques10. Partner with Development and Product leadership to help Scrum teams to improve velocity, quality, release frequency, and release success.11. Engage with development teams to provide guidance and document and implement best practice (low maintenance) cloud-native solutions for new products.Required Skills And Experience1. 5+ years of experience managing AWS application environment and deployments.2. 7+ years of experience working in a development organization.3. Should have worked in a startup for a minimum of 2 years.4. Proficiency in Strong Systems, Linux, OpenSource, InfraStructure Engineering, DevOps fundamentals.5. Exceptional design and architectural skills.6. Deep knowledge of AWS especially with services like ECS/Fargate, ECR, S3/CloudFront, Load Balancing, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, RDS, CloudWatch, EC2 and AWS Security Center.7. Expertise in managing AWS security groups.8. Has good command over alerting and monitoring tools like Prometheus/Newrelic/Datadog/Cloudwatch/Sentry etc.9. Ability to deliver the best operations tooling and practices, including CI/CD.10. Ability to implement modern cloud & multi cloud Integration architecture.11. Ability to architect and implement end-to-end monitoring of solutions in the cloud.12. Ability to assess business needs and requirements to ensure appropriate approaches.13. Knowledge of container services like Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/GKE, etc14. Experience with operational tools and ability to apply best practices for infrastructure and software deployment.15. Experience working in an Agile Development environment.16. Strong working knowledge on compliance , AWS & Cloud security.17. Hands-on experience in one or more programming languages Ruby/Python/NodeJS/GoLang & Bash.18. Strong experience in either or all of databases: MySQL, MongoDB, NOSQL, SQL Server, Oracle.19. Expertise in Capacity Planning Design, cost and effort estimations and cost-optimisation .20. Software design fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design and performance analysis.21. Understanding of High availability/DR design with Uptime/MTTR/ MTTD/ MTTF22. Has experience and good command over Infrastructure as code(IAC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, CFT, Pulumi, etc.23. Has worked in SOC-2/ISO certified companies and has experience in the audit processes.24. Bachelors / Masters equivalent.25. Candidates preferred from Tier-1 colleges. 

The Cloud Business Manager plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives associated with the provisioning and support of Cloud Customers. This includes the design of new processes, evaluating existing processes, and managing the documentation and training. This role also organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams with a focus on customer success in the execution of Cloud business processes. The position will have a direct report (Business Director) to assist in developing metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities, collects data to identify root cause of problems, measures performance against process requirements, aligns improvement to performance shortfalls and continually engages in re-engineering efforts to improve process performance and product quality.
