KRA's
  1. Customer acquisition, growth and retention of accounts. 
  2. Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand  our customer base. 
  3. Develop key relationships with customer clients when required. 
  4. Regularly Monitor the Sales team, Coach and Guide them whenever it is required.
  5. Work in sync with different teams/departments within the organization.
  6. Manage sales managers and coach them on a regular basis on the gaps,  organise third party training on identified skills gaps. 
  7. Lead nationwide sales managers to achieve sales targets. 
  8. Monitor and analyse performance metrics and implement improvements
  9. Market intelligence, involves information about competition, market pricing,  and market share in line with targets and prepare and develop monthly,  quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  10. Curating key objectives for sales managers and regular monitoring of the  team 
  11. Create an environment where the team is empowered for decision making and  problem-solving. Identifying problems & putting Solutions.
