§ Develop and implement Route to Market plan in setting up distribution model into the target channel markets ;
§ Create business for n various B2B & B2C Channels such as Hotels, Restaurants, Airlines, Airports, Corporate Offices, Guest Houses, modern retails etc.
§ Designing and implementing effective strategic sales & marketing plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
§ Achieving targeted sales plan (Volume & Value) for the target market.
§ Assigning key result areas and management of Distributors' performance.
§ Identifying & targeting potential customers through market research and analysis.
§ Keep a check on emerging markets and market shifts and execute solutions to capitalize on market opportunities, mitigate potential risk and maintain competitive advantage.
§ Co-ordinate and monitor the events, advertisement, campaigns to promote products or services.
§ Building and maintaining the relationships with category, supply chain team for getting Purchase orders and timely supplies.
§ Keeping track of inventory with the internal team to avoid stock out at their end.
§ Identify and execute opportunities for month-on-month sales growth.
§ Liase with stakeholders/regulatory agencies in completing the C&F and import formalities
§ Personally serve as key account manager for all clients & important institutions.
Skills & Experience
§ Must have minimum 10-15 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Business and account management in HORECA preferably in premium water or beverages.
§ Must have strong communication & negotiation skills.
§ Proven understanding of how the premium natural mineral water industry works in HORECA, Modern Trade and Institutions
§ Should be a Go getter and number driven.
§ Candidate must have Resolving customer complaint, Flexible for travel....
