national sales manager in hyderabad

Responsible for PAN India Sales and Business Development in all states/cities.
Responsible for setting monthly sales targets to the team and ensure to achieve targets every month.
Appoint/Lead the Distributors/DTR Partners in all states & cities.
Responsible for planning stocks purchase, dealing with Brand team and effective distribution to
dealers/partners.
Ensure to Run a territory as an independent profit center
Managing sales team of 25-30 (TSMs/ASMs/ZSMs) working across in the states/cities.
Organize training sessions in line with corporate trainer
Organize partner engagement activities in the territory
Monitoring from time to time customer data, feedbacks, resolving complaints and customer satisfaction.
Study the local market trend, reports, analysis to increase the sales
Monitoring the price sanity in the market
Ensure minimum inventory at each counter and/or at distributor's point
Ensure payment hygiene across the partners in the territory
Design, execute, report any local level marketing activities / schemes to improve tertiary sales
Check the competition penetration in terms of extended credits or any other appreciative steps
Travel 15-20 days in a month to bring operational excellence and ensure overall hygiene with improved
business
