?� To build and maintain a high performance sales network & organization of distributors pan India to effectively achieve business objectives
� Via network of distributors Fine Zeelandia will sell to smaller and midsize bread and pastry bakeries, foodservice outlets, in store bakeries, etc.
� Direct sales to key (industrial) accounts will not be your responsibility because a separate special key accounts sales team will be responsible.We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to contribute to our company�s sales objectives. Your responsibilities include building a strong distributors channel network across India and building sales via sales team and technical sales support (TSS) team and building long-term client relationships.
� As a National sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales and promotion processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth.
� Communication, motivation and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with distributors and their customers.

?� Experience of minimum 7-10 years in similar position or organization
� Excellent communication skills
� The ability to build bridge between sales , marketing and technical sales support.
� Possession of a bachelor�s degree in business related field
� Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
� Flexible to frequent travelling across India (>50% work time)
� Possess good organizational skills
� Strong IT skills; ability to use the computer and business related applications i.e. CRM Software
� Possess effective presentation, negotiation and motivation skills toward team members and distributors/customers
