?Responsibilities:
- Will be operating as a profit center head for the respective territories.
- Managing & training the channel/dealer/distributors network.
- Establishing new distribution channels appropriate for different product categories.
- Hiring of right talent, nurturing them through training, evaluating & assigning responsibilities.
- Leading a team of Regional Sales Mangers and Sales and Service Executives/Engineers.
- Ensuring that the team is motivated & engaged by providing new opportunities.
- Implementing new and innovative training programs for the team.
- Organizing and leading sales promotional activities through events and road shows for
generation of the new prospects & further sales.
- Initiating various Sales and Marketing strategies product category-wise and region-wise.
- Meeting Sales targets of the regions.
- Interacting with, and personally meeting senior management of OEMs and other large customers.
- Travelling with RSMs or Sales Executives occasionally to survey the market.
- Managing the Sales office, if there is one.
- Will be reporting to the CEO.
