L2 Network Security (Netskope Technology Stack Expert SWG/CASB/ZTNA)
Education Criteria – Graduate in any stream
Experience – 8 years
Location – Gurugram
Working time – 24/7 support shift duty
- Engineer will have minimum 8 years of experience along with relevant experience (Minimum 4 year) on handling proposed SWG solution.
- Experience must have in supporting network security into Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPN’s, SSO, DLP and Encryption gateways.
- Experience Must have proficiency on Proxy segment along with Netskope exposure.
- Experience must have on configuring rules and policies across the SWG/CASB/ZTNA platforms with exposure on Change Management Process.
- Implement the process, systems, and technology required to fully maximize the platforms security capabilities.
- Resolve high severity incident related to SWG in coordination with OEM. IOS version upgrades, patch updates etc.
- 24x7 remote support for P1 and emergency incidents.
- SOP creation, documentation.
