- SBC IT administration (meeting with ISO requirements, other documentation & policies etc.).
- Rendering Level 2 support to in-house as well as external users. .
- Site surveys for Wi-Fi and iPatch implementation projects.
- Sourcing and servicing inward and outward quotations.
- Configuration and setup of switches/routers/firewalls.
- Experience with LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi
- Troubleshooting and Installation of Hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
- Troubleshooting wide area networks, servers and routers, local area networks, and switches.
- Upgradation and installation of OS and all application softwares.
- Routing protocols, DHCP, DHCP snooping, IP addressing.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Preferred Skills
2yrs experience Resolving all PC and Server issues (involving but not limited to installation, configuration, OS, Apps. and network), Basic network design concepts.
1.5 to 2yrs experience with networking.
Should have ability to answer technical questions, ability to keep records.
