?Role & Responsibilities
� Supports delivery of TSA program to major accounts.
� Ensure high customer satisfactions across all Cisco Day 2 engagements.
� Ensure contracted deliverables are delivered on time and with high quality.
� Uses standard tool to receive alerts and monitor status of new customer service requests (cases) pushing through to resolution
� Schedule and run quarterly services reviews with customer management stakeholders
� Provide governance to meet contracted SLAs & KPIs
� Proactively engage Cisco accounts and executive teams - SDE, Client director etc to manage escalations.
� Articulate the services value proposition to customer stakeholders.
� Build and Manage partner delivery scope where applicable working with operations/ service managers.
� Enable delivery teams to execute with excellence.
� Work with cross functional teams within Cisco and use the power of influence to get things done. Be the customer advocate within Cisco.
� Lead any RRR, CAP cases in the account to address any product, services quality issues

Minimum Qualifications:
� Typically requires Engineering graduate, BE/ BTech, MBA, or University degree equivalent plus 7+ years� experience in network engineering or telecommunications support environment. Advanced degree strongly preferred. CCNA required. CCNP is a plus.
Desired Skills
� Excellent command on the English language.
� Excellent knowledge of operational processes ITIL.
� Proven leadership skills, initiative taker and has the ability to work outside of process. Also experience in a support environment is a plus.
� Has a technical and networking understanding, but primarily has the ability to leverage the technical expertise of others.
� Leverages and contributes to Virtual Teams.
� Questions ways of working and suggests improvements.
� Independently coordinates and executes tasks.
� Solid understanding of business process and requirements in a support environment
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills, across culture. Ability to work successfully as a team member in a cross-functional matrix environment
