NOC Manager will be a technical specialist with 15 years experience supporting a NOC and with knowledge of latest technology trends with respect to NOC monitoring and management. NOC Manager should be conversant with tools such as New Relic, SCOM, Solarwinds etc. NOC Manager will lead the teams in Chennai, Bangalore and Krakow. NOC Manager will be responsible to add multiple new services to monitoring apart from maintaining the SLA's and submit monthly reports of the monitoring services rendered to businesses.

Good Experience on New Relic, SCOM, SCCM and other monitoring tools.
15+ Years of progressive experience in Infrastructure Monitoring and troubleshooting
Good Knowledge in IT infrastructure monitoring work flow and event management
Good knowledge in Knowledge transition of IT monitoring projects and alert management
Manage the work within the agreed KPI/SLA as applicable for the team Intermediate knowledge on Microsoft Server Operating systems � Windows 2003, 2012 and 2008 server
Knowledge on Microsoft active directory and Backup management
Strong in ITIL concepts (Incident/Change/Problem/Release management)

Core Duties and responsibilities:

Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties

Understand all organizations products, services, procedures and guidelines and set expectation to same to all team members
NOC Manager will lead the teams in Chennai, Bangalore and support Krakow.
NOC Manager will be responsible to add multiple new services to monitoring apart from maintaining the SLA's and monthly reporting of the monitoring services rendered to businesses.
Monitor all tasks to ensure that due procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to
Facilitate and organize training session for all agents and participate in recruitment of new members
Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all team members and delegate duties to all team members.
Run pre-defined tasks and ensure the completion
Run and manage scheduled jobs and batch processes
Require primary knowledge of working with New Relic tool
Manage advanced L2 support for Server, OS and applications as per the skills mentioned
Undertake Knowledge transfer from peers or clients during transition and KM
Document the NOC process and ensure adherence
