Successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties

Monitor IT Infrastructure hardware, Operating system and application alerts generated by the tools and investigate the fault based on the Knowledge base and documentation and outside the documentation using own knowledge skills as applicable
Run pre-defined tasks and ensure the completion
Monitor and do the basic troubleshooting of Backup
Run and manage scheduled jobs and batch processes
Website monitoring and IIS troubleshooting
Require primary Knowledge of working with New Relic tool
Work in 24 x 7 shifts
Manage advanced Level 1 support for Server, Operating systems and applications as per the skills mentioned
Undertake Knowledge transfer from peers or clients during transition
Prepare and update process documentation.
Manage the work within the agreed KPI/SLA as applicable Qualification & Skills

Global IT support is extended by highly competent and technically skilled team of expertise operating out of all the regions where Equiniti has its presence.


NOC specialist should be expertised in multiple different tools and with capabilities to do data analytics as part of continuous enhancements with respect to monitoring and management.


Candidates should have passed qualifying degree examinations and awarded bachelors degree. Preferable in engineering/technology
Candidates should have 7 to 9 years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring
Experience in handling Global clients remote support
Prepare and Update the knowledge base as applicable Good Knowledge on windows servers, Azure cloud, NLB, Cluster, Backup management and Web applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases
Knowledge on MS Exchange and Active Directory
Basic knowledge of Print Services, TCP/IP and Network connectivity.
Preferable ITIL Foundation Trained/Certified
Preferable MCSE or MCSM, ITIL v3 certification.
Desire to learn and ability to quickly implement learning.
