Job Description :

Key Tasks : 5-8 most important responsibilities and tasks related to them

-Handle daily office administrative operations for an excellent workplace for all staff

-Answer incoming phone calls and visitors’ reception

-Liaise with suppliers/partners to lead sourcing for office supplies

-Payment issue for admin purchasing supplies

-Act as main contact for internal clients’ inquiries, such as biz travel arrangement, air ticket booking, car pick-up, etc

-Organize company activities, i.e birthday celebration, team building etc

-Responsible for company legal docs application/renew process, such as biz license etc

-Support sales team for prepare tendering docs, join session of project delivery, support marketing events, centralized quotation, etc

-Other work assigned by superior


 

Requirements

 

  • University degree in administrative or related major .
  • 2-3 years’ experience in office administrator, assistant position.
  • Service-minded, dynamic, responsible with proactive attitude.
  • Excellent PC skills (word, excel, ppt, etc).
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in ERP like Tally, SAP , etc
  • Experience in any accounting software is added advantages
