office administrator: in mumbai

?Monitor and maintain office supplies.

� Assist in travel arrangements which includes planning out itineraries, Flight booking, hotel and car, foreign exchange etc.,

� Assist in Visa arrangement for international travel.

� Process travel claims.

� Schedule appointments and meetings for senior management.

� Maintain Business Contact List and assist in the necessary updates on CPS.

� Maintenance of office accounts including petty cash

� Arrange for couriers and track product shipments and deliveries.

� Assist in renewal of corporate membership programs.

� Assist in tracking office budgets and expenses.

� Coordinate and process payment of claims from employees.

� Assist in audits and timely payment of taxes (E-tax, Prof Tax)

� Co-ordinate with various vendors for maintenance & renewal of AMCs for Printers, AC, Phones

� Co-ordinate with external network team on hardware and software purchases.

� Arrange for timely payment of invoices.

� Assist in Sales support whenever required.

?A) 4 to 6 years 'relevant' experience in handling administrative, office coordination functions. Experience in Sales support activities would be an added advantage.

B) Well developed inter-personal skills and good patience.

C) Ability to plan and manage time efficiently to achieve optimum effectiveness.

D) Commerce Graduate with good English skills (written & spoken)

E) Person should be well versed with using MS Office tools & handling emails, internet applications etc.
