job description

?Liaison & co-ordination with the state & local government or other related authorities, to obtain permissions, approvals, licenses, eligibility certificates etc. for various matters;
2. Guiding / briefing the Company in interpretation of applicable laws /rules and regulations regarding all aspects of the business;
3. Vetting and handling of contracts such as MOUs, Lease Deeds,Agreements, Land records etc;
4. Handling legal matters, attending court matters, dealing with Advocates and Consultants;
5. Establish and maintain relationships across levels within concerned state and local government departments including police, PWD, Fire department, RTO, Courts, Tax authorities, Port Trust etc;
6. Ensure proper documentation and file management for all functional operations;
7. Update the management on day-to-day basis on any changes in policies or new developments which may impact business of the Company or any of its initiatives/investments;
8. To prepare MIS on monthly basis in the format as prescribed by the Management;
9. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time;

Administrative Responsibilities
1. Repairs, Maintenance and supervision of Office facility as and when required;
2. Deal with �H.R.� issues;
3. Maintain & upgrade administrative systems, procedures and policies of the Company;
4. Should be familiar with Labour Laws, Provident Fund Procedures,ESIC Procedures and other government laws.

The incumbent will be responsible to handle and address all issues related to Administration of the Kolkata office.

?Requirements:-

? Minimum 15-20 years professional experience in Liaising & Administration
? Good organizational, interpersonal and reporting skills
? Fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali
? Strong sense of personal integrity and honesty
? Ability to multitask, handle pressure well, to improvise and cultural and environmental sensitivity
? Age Criteria: Between 40-45 years
