• Ensure all Factory and warehouse truck placements are completed within 24
hours.
• Coordinate with CFAs, transporters, and warehouse teams to monitor shipment
movement and resolve any operational delays.
• Coordination for on time vehicle placements and monitor service levels and
optimize cost
2. Billing & Documentation
• Verify and validate vendor bills against agreement costs, PO, and GRN values
created in SAP.
• Ensure correctness and timely processing of all Rent, CFA, and Secondary bills
in the SSC portal.
• Validate claims with supporting documents and SAP data before submission.
• Maintain a Bill Entry Register Report and track clearance and payment status.
• Update shipment costs for factory dispatches and maintain unique IDs for
secondary bill receipts at HO.
3. Claims Management
• Coordinate and compile documentation for insurance claims, including Damage
Reports, Surveyor Reports, FIRs, LR copies, and invoices.
• Maintain a tracker for all claim cases and follow up with the Corporate Office
team for claim settlement status.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all claim documents to the insurance
company.
4. Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare and publish Primary MIS Reports and monitor in-transit adherence.
• Review and analyse PAN India PTL vendor MIS data (>TAT) and take
corrective action with vendors for delays.
• Review Secondary MIS data (>72 hrs) with CFA and warehouse transport
partners and drive timely closures.
• Agreement preparation and coordination with vendorsKey Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of SAP (Logistics & Finance Modules)
• Good understanding of freight billing, claims, and logistics operations
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
