?responsible for all facets of the day to day 24x7x365 - Provide direction and communication needed to resolve the incidents and problems quickly - Responsible for all aspects of IT Incident Management and escalation ensuring that incidents are effectively escalated, managed and resolved with full communication of status, plans and actions being communicated to executive management and the Government customer - Ensure timely reporting is done as per the expectation in SOW. - Coordinates with the Citi Stakeholders and other ISG leadership team to meet service levels defined SLA - Ensure release activities and coordinated effectively and change management functions smoothly - Responsible for the successful delivery of a project through effective Program Management to ensure that all deliverable in terms of time, price and quality are met - Client Relationship management interacting with the client for project requirement. Reviewing courses for instructional strategies and standards - Track Account performance metrics like Account Margin, Resource Pyramid and other delivery metrics - Function as the LT Infotechs authorized point of contact with ISG Citi Management and will be available to respond promptly and fully to all contract requirements. - Ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations by the customer and LT Infotech by highlighting the deviations changes - Overall responsibility of the growth of the relationship and of customer satisfaction. - Lead Oversees Production Support projects for process improvement or new customer implementations - Mentors team members on processes and ensures quality oversight and consistency - Uses standard Corporate IT tools to monitor and production support process for accuracy and quality - Ensures proper escalation and response to customer issues by the production support team both to the customer directly and to other departments within organization - Ensures proper scheduling of resources to provide support. - Adheres too, follows, recommends, updates and mentors junior staff members on standardized IT processes including project tracking mgmt. time reporting, issue escalation, and change management - Performs total cost of ownership in solution development and adheres to industry best practices and standards - Develops and maintains cross team relationships ensuring that the Production Support team provides the necessary services to our customers and other departments - Provides resources and ensures accountability of resources for cross department projects that require production support involvement
