ACA's Outsourced Marketing Review (OMR) assists clients with ensuring client marketing materials are consistent with applicable regulatory rules. Marketing materials include pitchbooks, websites, fact sheets, emails, webinars, online advertisements, social media accounts and posts, along with various other materials. Among other things, OMR analysts will:
- Review client marketing materials to identify potential regulatory issues
- Liaise with internal OMR counterparts to finalize comments to provide to the client
- Review materials against client specific requirements, as applicable
- Document comments within ACA proprietary software
- Work under pressure and time constraints to ensure client deadlines are met
- Assist with various system related tasks, such as closing out stale files, running various volume reports, and uploading supporting documents to the system
- Track progress of assignments using project management software tools
- Perform other ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support ACA’s various client and internal initiatives
